Who is the data controller of your data?

The personal data provided by completing and sending the forms published on this website will be processed by ETHICS CHANNEL SL in its capacity as Data Controller.

For what purpose and under what legitimizing basis do we process your data?

• Attention to general information queries addressed by the client through the contact form. Legitimizing basis: Consent of the interested party (Art. 6.1 a) GDPR).
• Contracting of professional services. Legitimizing basis: Consent of the interested party (Art. 6.1 a) GDPR).
• Compliance with the obligations derived from the professional services provision contracts concluded between ETHICS CHANNEL SL and its clients. Legal basis of legitimation: Execution of a contract (Art. 6.1b) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations -accounting, tax, and administrative- derived from the contractual relationship between ETHICS CHANNEL SL and its clients. Legal basis of legitimation: Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1 c) GDPR) in accordance with the General Tax Law; VAT Law; Commercial Code, among others.
• Management of the commercial relationship established between ETHICS CHANNEL SL and its respective clients, including the sending of newsletters or other commercial formats, by any means -including electronic- referring to products/services similar to those originally contracted. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) GDPR; as well as for sending commercial information by any means -including electronic- regarding products or services offered by other companies in the business group when consent has been obtained for it. • To manage to improve the quality of service for the USER. Legal basis of legitimation: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) GDPR).

To whom will your personal data be communicated?

ETHICS CHANNEL SL will only communicate your personal data to external auxiliary service providers contractually linked as data processors, such as legal/tax/accounting advice, agencies, IT service providers, financial entities, collection managers, advertising and marketing companies, printers, and other possible auxiliary services. These types of entities will process your personal data under our instructions.

When legally appropriate, your personal data will be transferred to third parties such as bodies or organisms of the Public Administration and judicial bodies in the exercise of their functions.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided to comply with the obligations derived from the contractual relationship between ETHICS CHANNEL SL and its respective clients will be kept for the entire validity period of the contractual relationship and, once it is terminated, they will be kept while the legally applicable prescription periods are in force.

Personal data obtained through the contact form will only be kept for the time necessary to answer the request for information.

However, if you had given your express consent to receive information and commercial prospecting, your data will be kept until you express your will to revoke said consent.

What security measures will be applied to your personal data?

The processing of the personal data provided will be carried out adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized access to them, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data, the risk analysis carried out, and the measures derived from the management of the information system in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO/IEC 27002.

Mandatory or optional nature of the requested data

The mandatory data in each form are identified as such on the forms. Refusal to provide such information may prevent communication with the user and, where appropriate, the impossibility of providing the requested information and/or service.

User commitments

The user guarantees that they are over 18 years old and that the information provided is accurate and truthful. In addition, they undertake to report any modification to the information provided via an email to privacy@grupogat.com, specifying the information to be modified.

Likewise, the USER undertakes to diligently keep their passwords and personal identification codes and to report any loss, theft, or unauthorized access as soon as possible.

As long as such communication does not occur, the Data Controller will be exempt from any liability that may arise from the improper use by unauthorized third parties of such passwords and identification codes.

In the event that liabilities arise from a breach of these conditions by the USER, they must answer for the consequences of such breach.
